GCCCP was out collecting a shelter from Annie who had one to donate. She is a dear member of the community who mentioned that she always wanted to build the perfect cat shelter.
We just happened to have a caregiver who is a cabinate builder, Doug, who thinks along those same lines, so we introduced them. This is where the magic happens!
They met at Doug’s shop and worked together to create 9 beautiful shelters for some lucky caregivers in Garden City!
